Step into a day of renewal designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. Grounded in the Reflect, Recover, and Rise framework, this retreat blends mindful movement, deep rest, and the healing elements of water and nature.
Morning Flow – Reflect (8:15 a.m.)
Begin with a 75-minute yoga flow to awaken the body and mind, setting intentions and releasing what no longer serves you.
Midday Flow – Recover (12:00 p.m.)
A 45-minute gentle flow invites you to slow down and restore between spa experiences or personal lunch plans.
Afternoon Flow & Meditation – Rise (4:30 p.m.)
Under the lingering Alaskan light, we’ll close with a 30-minute grounding flow and guided meditation to reflect, integrate the day’s insights, and rise forward with intention.
Retreat registration includes full-day hydrotherapy access and all yoga sessions. Meals and refreshments are on your own, allowing you to flow at your own pace and savor the day as you wish.
