Stephanie has more than twenty years of leadership experience helping her clients find their flow and thrive. She supports both individuals and teams alike. Stephanie helps her clients feel confident in playing to their strengths to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and thrive. She works with nonprofits, start-ups and long-standing institutions with strategic organizational needs to improve team effectiveness and drive positive culture transformation. Stephanie is a master facilitator and supports organizations in creating connections across projects and with partners. She is well-versed in strategic planning and organizational development to align agency priorities with teams – the perfect recipe for success. She is a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, 500 YTT Instructor, and CFRE.

Her expertise in helping people rediscover their strengths and apply those to achieve personal and professional goals, combined with her yoga teacher training, gives Stephanie’s clients a powerful advantage in creating the life they imagine.

While Stephanie’s specialty is helping her clients play to their strengths for personal and professional purposes, her background and professional training enable her to coach clients in a wide variety of areas. Stephanie is a results-oriented coach and is guided by her strengths: strategy, realness, activation and focus.

Certified Yoga

These skills combined with over 600 hours of certified yoga teacher training – allows her to create the space for her clients to be confident in identifying their goals and processes to reach them utilizing their natural strengths and talents. Her favorite part of being a coach is helping her clients step into their zone of genius and thrive.

Stephanie is a certified Gallup Strength Finder Coach and is awaiting her Board-Certified Coach (BCC) accreditation.
