Personal and Professional Coaching

My coaching approach focuses on what people do well, emphasizing and building on strengths to help individuals and teams become more productive, satisfied and naturally in their flow state. My coaching framework is designed to support people and teams who want to take action to move ahead in some area of their lives, whether it be personal or professional. Yoga

The body is intrinsically connected to the mind and your overall well-being. I offer one-on-one yoga classes and group yoga classes as well. I specialize in group yoga classes for teams within the workplace.
