Flowing Into Summer
The end of the school year is almost here, and I'm looking forward to summer. I'll need to spend some time creating a new routine, but I always find that the changing seasons provide a natural opportunity to shift and make space for something new.
As an activator, I'm naturally energized by the many transitions my friends and clients are currently experiencing. Whether it's a child graduating high school or college, or a friend or client transitioning to a new job, I'm excited by the possibilities that come with change. But I also know that making these transitions can be daunting and career goals can bring on negative pressure at times. How do we know where to invest our time and energy from start to finish? What school or job will be right for us? I believe the key is to close one chapter with gratitude, taking the lessons we've learned and looking forward to the horizon with hope.
How can you flow into this next season?
We can take our cue from the flowers and turn our heads and hearts toward the sun. What sets you on fire? Perhaps hiring a career coach can help you see new possibilities and connections, whether it’s what college might be right for me or why do I feel burnt out in my current role, or how can I shine at my next interview in a new career path?
In honor of International Coaching Week, I invite you to connect with me to see how we can help you flow!
