Transitions are an important
A career coach can help you from start to finish, especially the sticky spots in-between. When talking with my clients, I always start with the Gallup Strengthsfinder Assessment. This tool gives my clients the framework to talk about their strengths, identify past experiences where they leveraged their strengths and identify opportunities to apply those skills. If you want to talk through any of these processes to see what’s out there for you, build a powerful resume or chart your path to what’s next, reach out!
Flowing Into Summer
Whether it's a child graduating, or a friend or a client transitioning to a new job, I'm excited by the possibilities that come with change. These transitions can be daunting and career goals can bring on negative pressure at times. How do we know where to invest our time and energy from start to finish? What school or job will be right for us? I believe the key is to close one chapter with gratitude, taking the lessons we've learned, and looking forward to the horizon with hope. Reach out to a coach during International Coaching Week to help!
Flowing Into Spring
For some of my clients, this involves taking a pulse on where they are professionally. With the great resignation well underway, what does your career well-being look like? Do you look forward to your job most days? Whether you are a student, a parent, a volunteer, or have a more traditional job, if you aren’t regularly doing something you find fulfilling or rewarding you’re more likely to experience burnout.
